RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Thank you for purchasing from Digital Mom.

Because our products are delivered digitally, the following Returns and Refund Policy apply to all digital products purchased through our website, including e-books, workbooks, templates, Canva templates, guides, courses, digital downloads, social media templates and other downloadable or electronically delivered products.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Digital Mom are digital products and are delivered electronically.

Once payment has been successfully completed and the digital product has been made available, downloaded or accessed, the product cannot ordinarily be returned in the same way as a physical product.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind, purchased the wrong product, decided that the product is not suitable for their personal needs, or no longer wants the product, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend that customers carefully read the product description and included features before completing their purchase.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may refund the duplicate purchase, provided that the circumstances allow us to verify the duplicate transaction.

4. Incorrect or Faulty Digital Product

f you receive a digital product that is materially different from the product advertised, is incomplete, or is technically defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Please provide:

• Your full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• The name of the digital product
• A description of the problem
• Screenshots or other relevant information where applicable

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected product, replacement access, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

5. Download or Access Problems

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with access to the product, including providing a replacement download link where appropriate.

Technical problems caused by your device, internet connection, software, browser, email provider or other third-party services do not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Unauthorised Sharing

Digital products are purchased for the individual customer's personal use unless otherwise stated.

Sharing, reselling, redistributing, copying, uploading or giving away purchased digital products or access links is prohibited unless written permission has been provided by Digital Mom.

Where unauthorised distribution is identified, we reserve the right to suspend access and take any action permitted by law.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where applicable law requires a refund, we will process the refund within the period required by law.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove, restrict or exclude any rights that a consumer may have under applicable South African law.

Where a statutory right to cancel, return or receive a refund applies, that right will take precedence over this policy.

For electronic transactions, South African law provides certain consumer protections and cooling-off rights, subject to specific exceptions.
